消癌平注射液治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的Meta分析

A Meta analysis on outcomes of Xiaoaiping injection with chemotherapy in treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目的采用循征医学的方法,对消癌平注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床随机对照试验进行荟萃分析。方法检索2003年1月-2012年6月消癌平注射液用于治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床研究报道,采用Jadad量表对文献进行评分。应用RevMan5.1.6软件对临床研究结果的总体效应进行Meta分析,并进行发表性偏倚和敏感性分析。结果 5篇文献符合纳入标准,得分0-4分。消癌平注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床有效率(消癌平联合化疗组)为45.58%,与单纯化疗组的36.91%相仿(P>0.05)。临床控制率消癌平联合化疗组和单纯化疗组分别为79.59%和75.84%(P>0.05)。生活质量改善情况消癌平联合化疗组和单纯化疗组分别为57.82%和35.57%(P<0.01)。中重度不良反应发生率消癌平联合化疗组和单纯化疗组分别为9.25%和10.98%(P>0.05)。结论消癌平注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌能明显提高患者的生活质量,提高近期客观缓解率;但对降低化疗引起的中、重度不良反应发生率效果不明显。

Objective To evaluate the outcomes of Xiaoaiping injection with chemotherapy in treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer by the principle of evidence-based medicine （EBM）. Methods Pertinent literatures were collected from 2003 Dec to 2012 Apr and scored depending on Jadad Quality Scale. Meta-analysis was applied on the total outcomes reported using RevMan 5. 1.6 software. Moreover, the sensitivity was analyzed and the publication bias was identified with funnel- plot. Results A total of 5 articles met the condition and scored 0 to 4 points. The effective rates of Xiaoaiping group and control group was 45.58% and 36.91%, respectively（P^0. 05）. The clinical control rates of Xiaoaiping group and control group were 79.59% and 75.84~, respectively （P〉0. 05）. The improvement rate of life quality in Xiaoaiping group was higher than that in control group （57. 82% vs. 35. 57%（P〈0. 01）. Severe adverse reaction rates of Xiaoaiping group and control group were 9.25% and 10. 98% （P〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion Xiaoaiping injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer can significantly improve the life quality of patients and increase the short-term objective remission rate, but the effect of reducing chemotherapy-induced severe adverse reaction is not obvious.
