阿仑膦酸钠对绝经后女性骨质疏松症患者踝臂指数和颈动脉内膜厚度的影响 被引量:6

摘要 研究结果显示,绝经后妇女在发生骨质疏松的同时还伴有血管的钙化,绝经后女性发生动脉粥样硬化性疾病(如冠心病、外周血管病变等)较绝经前增加。骨质疏松与动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展有着密切的联系口]。阿仑膦酸钠除了能抑制破骨细胞功能、抑制骨吸收而改善骨质疏松,而且能抑制动脉粥样硬化、血管钙化的进展,但有些研究结果并不肯定口]。颈动脉内膜厚度(CIMT)和踝肱指数(ABI)是早期全身动脉硬化及其严重程度的强预测因子,其敏感性和特异性高,两者联合可较全面地反映早期血管结构性和功能性的改变[3]。我们通过观察绝经后女性骨质疏松症患者经阿仑膦酸钠治疗前后其骨密度、CIMT、ABI改变,了解阿伦磷酸钠对绝经后女性骨质疏松和动脉粥样硬化的影响。
