沙棘叶水提物对小鼠非特异免疫功能的影响及抗凝血作用

Effect of aqueous extracts of hippophae rhamnoides tea on mice anti-clotting non-specific immune and function

目的沙棘叶水提取物对小鼠非特异免疫功能的影响及抗凝血作用研究。方法配制不同剂量的沙棘叶水提物,用12号灌胃针头对小鼠连续10 d灌胃。观察和测定沙棘叶水提物对小鼠的出血时间、凝血时间、白细胞指数、胸腺和脾免疫器官的指数及其对小鼠腹腔内巨噬细胞吞噬指数的影响。结果沙棘叶水提取物能够延长小鼠的出血时间和凝血时间,明显增加小鼠体内的白细胞指数,能增加小鼠胸腺指数和脾指数,增强小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结论沙棘叶水提物具有活血抗凝血的功能,同时能够提高小鼠的免疫能力。

Objective To explore the effect of extracts from Hippophae rhamnoides tea on non-specific immune function and anti- clotting effect of mice. Methods Different dosages of extracts from Hippophae rhamnoides tea were prepared, with 12 needle in mice fed o- rally for 10 days. The effect of extracts from Hippophae rhamnoides tea on bleeding time, clotting time, leukocyte index, thymus and spleen index of immune organs of mice, and on peritoneal macrophage index of mouse were observed and determined. Results Bleeding time and clotting time were prolonged, white blood cell counts were significantly increased, the thymus index and spleen index could be increased, and macrophage phagocytes of mice were enhanced by the extracts from Hippophae rhamnoides tea. Conclusions The extract from Hippo- phae rhamnoides tea has anti-clotting function and can improve mice immunity.
