老年心肌梗死患者血清MMP-3、MMP-14和hs-CRP表达的价值 被引量:6

摘要 近年来研究显示冠心病进展时血清和内环境中细胞因子会随着动脉粥样硬化程度的变化而变化,而关注最多的是超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP),并作为重要指标在临床中应用〔1〕。但是冠状动脉粥样硬化病变引起冠心病时,血清中多种指标均发生变化,这些指标临床中关注最多的是基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)家族。而MMPs家族中,人们研究较多的是MMP-9〔2〕,MMP-3和MMP-14均可以有效地降解细胞外基质。
