摘要
本文主要分析了覆厚铜箔 (0 4～ 0 5mm厚 )环氧玻璃布层压板的研制难点及解决措施。研制的产品具有抗剥离强度高、平整度好、电性能优良等特点。
This paper mainly analyzes the key points in the research of thick copper(copper foil thickness 0 4～ 0 5mm)clad expoxy/glass fiber cloth laminates.The product with high peel strength, good planeness and excellent electric properties etc.can satisfy users’ requirements.
