摘要
针对造纸厂碱回收的白液碳钢储槽严重腐蚀现象 ,采用电化学方法 ,探讨碳钢在白液 (80°C)中的腐蚀行为 ,进行极化曲线测试和腐蚀挂片实验 ,获得了恒电位 (-1180~ -12 2 0 m V,vs.SCE)阴极保护的保护度达99%以上、恒电位 (-80 0~ -90 0 m V,vs.SCE)阳极保护的保护度达 98%和恒电流 (0 .7A/m2 )阴极保护的保护度达97%等科学数据 ,为造纸白液中碳钢的电化学保护提供了重要参数。
In order to control the severe corrosion of carbon steel container for white liquid in paper mill, polarization curve measurements and exposure experiments were carried out. A series of important paramenters necessary for the consideration of application of electrochemical protection was obtained. Under potentiostatic mode(-1180^-1220mV,vs.SCE)and galvanostatic mode (0.7A/m 2), the cathodic protection efficiency reached>99% and 97%, respectively. For the potentiostatic anodic protection (-800^-900mV,vs.SCE), the efficiency was 98%.
