简要介绍了加工 1 1 8dtex/ 96f涤纶POY时 ,对设备做的部分改造 ,讨论了干切片含水率、纺丝温度、过滤砂配比、冷却成型条件及纺丝温度等工艺条件的选择。

Some reformation that has been done on the domestic equipment which producing 118 dtex/96 f POY polyester filament was briefly introduced.The selection of technology condition such as water content of dry chip, spinning temperature, filter sand charge ratio, cooling and shaping condition were discussed.
