上消化道出血150例病因分析

Clinical analysis of 150 cases of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

目的:探讨上消化道出血在不同年龄段的病因。方法:对2007年1月至2010年12月经胃镜证实的上消化道出血患者150例的病因进行分析总结。结果:本地区引起上消化道出血前3位的病因依次为消化性溃疡、食管胃底静脉曲张、急性胃黏膜病变;各年龄段的出血原因有所不同,男性比例明显高于女性。结论:上消化道出血与各年龄段的生理特征、生活饮食习惯、文化层次、压力等多因素相关。

Objective： To investigate the causes of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage of patients in different ages. Methods： The causes of 150 patients confirmed with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage from Jan. of 2007 to Dec. of 2010 were summerized. Results： The leading 3 causes of the disease in the local region were peptic ulcer, esophagogastric varices and acute gastric mucosal lesion in turn. There were different causes for the disease for people in different ages, but there was a higher prevalence for male than female. Conclusion： Upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage is closely related to the psychological features, life and dietary habits, culture levels and pressures.
