整体康复护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者的疗效观察

The effect observation of the holistic rehabilitation nursing for patients with the lumbar disc herniation

目的:观察整体康复护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者的疗效。方法:将98例保守治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,在常规药物治疗的基础上,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予整体康复护理。结果:观察组康复护理总有效率为94.0%,对照组常规护理总有效率为58.3%,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:整体康复护理效果确切,可迅速缓解腰椎间盘突出症的临床症状,促进患者康复,提高患者生活质量。

To research the effect observation of the holistic rehabilitation nursing for patients with the lumbar disc herniation （LDH）. Methods： To randomly separate the 98 people who are with LDH as two groups： the observation group and the control group. On the basis of the routine medicine treatment, the patients in the observation group are given routine nursing, while the others in the control group are treated with holistic rehabilitation nursing. Results： The rehabilitation nursing effective rate of the observation group is 94.0 %, and the routine nursing effective rate of the control group is 58.3M（P〈0.05）. The difference is obvious. Conclusion： The effect of holistic rehabilitation nursing proves to be certain. And the nursing method can relieve the LDH clinic symptom quickly, promote patient＇s recovery and improve the patient＇s life quality.
