摘要
利用甲苯 2 ,4-二异氰酸酯与己二醇、乙二胺反应 ,合成端氨基聚氨酯 (ATPU) ,并用它与双酚A环氧树脂配置胶粘剂。研究反应物的投料比与ATPU分子量的关系和ATPU分子量对胶粘剂的综合力学性能的影响。发现随ATPU分子量的增加 ,胶粘剂的柔韧性增大 ,附着力降低 ,剥离强度出现最大值。结果表明通过分子设计并合成一定结构的柔性固化剂能改善环氧树脂胶粘剂的综合力学性能 。
The adhesives were prepared by mixing bisphenol A epoxy resin and amino terminated polyurethane (ATPU) with various molecular weight, which were synthesized by reaction of toluene-2,4-diisocyanate (TDI) with hexandiol and ethylene diamine. The relationship between molecular weight of ATPU M c and ratio of TDI to hexandiol was studied, while the influences of M c on mechanical properties of the adheive were measured. The results indicated that with increasing M c, peeling strength for the adhesives showed a maximum value, and adhesive force decreased while flexibility incresaed monotonously and greatly. As a consequence, comprehensive mechanical properties including flexibility for epoxy resin adhesive may be greatly improved by molecular designing and preparing a flexible curing agent with appropriate structure and as adhesives in microwave absorbing coating, may meet the requirements of aircraft with supersonic speed.
