摘要
采用胶化时间与 DTA分析,研究了 TDE- 85/DDM体系的固化工艺,根据 kissinger和 Ozawa方程,研究出体系的活化能与反应级数,并对浇铸体的力学性能及断口形貌进行了分析。结果表明, TDE- 85/DDM体系的固化工艺为 80℃ /3h+ 120℃ /4h+ 180℃ /4h,活化能为 42.74kJ/mol,反应级数为 0.9506,机械性能较高,是一种刚而韧的基体。
The curing system of TDE- 85/DDM was studied by geltime and DTA.△ E and n were studied by kissinger and Ozawa method. The mechanical properties and fracture morphology of cast resins were studied. As a result, the curing system was 80℃ /3h+ 120℃ /4h+ 180℃ /4h.△ E was 42.74kJ/mol, n was 0.9506, and TDE- 85/DDM was a high strength and high toughness matrix.
