日本的FRP工业近况

本文介绍了日本 FRP工业的最新进展和存在的问题及对策。新产品主要有拉挤成形的大型混凝土模板和首座 FRP海上过道天桥；新出现的原材料有低挥发不饱和树脂、可溶性酚醛树脂、 3维复合结构毡和 4轴织物。引人注目的是日本国内各协会对 CNG汽车的大力倡导。最后介绍了对废弃 FRP回收的解决方案。

This paper introduces the latest progress,problems and solutions of FP industry in Japan.The new products include large pultruded concrete molding plates and the first FRP oversee platform bridge,low volatile UP resin, soluble phenolic resin,three dimensional structure mat and four dimensional fabrics.CNG automoblies and recovery methods and solutions for FRP waste are also described in this paper.
