摘要
将乙酸酐作为双氧水漂白活化剂,应用于棉机织物一步法低温前处理工艺中,探讨了乙酸酐用量对前处理效果的影响,并分析了乙酸酐活化漂白的机理。结果表明,在乙酸酐12 g/L、30%H2O285 g/L、NaOH20 g/L、精练剂7 g/L、偏硅酸钠5 g/L、稳定剂EDDHA-Na 4 g/L和80℃的条件下,处理织物90 min,其白度达77.11%,毛效达9.0 cm/30 min,强力损失率为9.2%,棉籽壳去除率为92.1%,但退浆级别较低;若纯棉坯布先用淀粉酶退浆处理,再辅以乙酸酐于50~80℃下活化漂白处理,织物的各项指标都能满足后续染整加工要求,具有明显的节能优势。
Acetic anhydride is used as an bleaching activator in one-step low temperature pretreatment of cotton wovens. Influ- ence of acetic anhydride dosage on pretreatment results is discussed, and the mechanism of activated bleaching with acetic anhydride is analyzed. The results show that when the fabric is treated at 80℃ for 90 rain with acetic anhydride 12 g/L, 30% H202 85 g/L,NaOH 20 g/L,scouring agent 7 g/L,sodium metasilicate 5 g/L and stabilizer EDDHA-Na 4 g/L, the semi-products have the whiteness of 77.11%, capillary effect of 9.0 cm/30 min, strength loss of 9.2% and removal of cotton seed hull of 92. 1%, but slightly poor size removal. Pretreated with acetic anhydride at 50 - 80℃ after amylase desizing, the fabrics can meet the requirements of subsequent dyeing and the process is eco-friendly.
