摘要 采用新型两性增白剂W3对棉织物进行染色,探讨了染色工艺对染色牢度、上染速率曲线、白度和光学性能的影响。结果表明,该类增白剂在酸碱条件下对纤维均具有很好的增白效果。优化的增白染色工艺为:染液pH值8,染色温度50℃,染色时间20 min,增白剂W3用量0.1%(omf),硫酸钠9 g/L;染色织物的反射率与K/S值存在较好的负相关性;上染速率随染色温度的增加先增大后减小;染色织物的耐洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度明显优于传统增白剂VBL。 Cotton fabric is dyed with a novel amphoteric whitening agent W3. Influences of dyeing process on color fastness, dyeing rate curve, whiteness and optical performance are discussed. The results show that the fluorescent whitening agent has good whitening effect under acidic and alkali conditions. The optimum dyeing process is dyeing at 50℃ for 20 min with dyes 0. 1% ( omf), sodium sulfate 9 g/L and pH value 8. There is a good negative correlation between E/S value and reflectivity of the dyeings. Along with the increase in dyeing temperature,the dyeing rate increases first and then decreases. The rubbing and washing fastnesses of the dyeings treated with W3 are superior to those with traditional whitening agent VBL.
