摘要
讨论了尼龙/粘胶/氨纶混纺针织物各工艺流程,包括预定形、前处理、染色、成品定形和修色。实践证明,采用160℃小超喂预定形,98℃纯碱和双氧水温和前处理;中深色染色选用一浴两段法,浅亮色染色选用两浴两段法;成品定形采用180℃大超喂定形,加工的成品幅宽、克重、缩水率及水洗牢度均佳。
Wet processing of nylon/viscose/spandex blended knitgoods are discussed from pre-setting, pretreatment, dyeing, product-setting and color repairing. The practice shows that the width, gram weight, shrinkage and washing fastness of the products are all good, under the conditions of pre-setting at 160℃ with small overfeed, gentle pretreatment with soda/hydro- gen peroxide at 98℃, dyeing with one bath and two-step method in medium and dark shade, dyeing with two-bath and two- step method in light shade, product-setting at 180 ℃ with big overfeed.
