摘要
讨论了具有分离手段的薄层层析及合适的展开剂,经分离后,刮下三氯杀螨醇谱带,利用电位滴定法进行测定。该法简便、快速、重现性好,变异系数为1.22,平均回收率为100.01％。
In this paper a precedure to seperate the mixture of dicofol is described. The sample is devedoped by a developping a-gent. The stripes of dicofol is determined by potentiometric titration. The method has good accuracy and excellent repro-ducibility and easy to operate. The coefficient of variation is 1. 22,the average recovery is 100. 01 %.
