摘要
研究PVC/ACR合金成型工艺条件,合金配比与力学性能、加工性能之间的关系。实验结果显示:PVC/ACR合金具有优异的冲击性能;力学综合性能良好。
Samples of PVC/ACR alloy with different blending ratio were prepared, and the mechanic properties and processability of PVC/ACR alloy were studied. The results showed that the ACR impact resistant modifier improved largely the impact strength of PVC while other properties almost remain undamaged, the PVC/ACR alloy had an excellent comprehensive property, processing condition has great effect on the ultimate properties of PVC/ACR alloy, super fine filler with correct parts could reduced the cost of PVC/ACR alloy and improve the properties of the alloy further.
