Analysis of Problems Existing in Urban Traffic Planning and Its Countermeasure

城市交通规划的合理性很大程度上决定了市政交通工程功能的适用性和安全性。由于规划和设计阶段的割裂以及简单片面理解和强调规划的严肃性,导致一些交通工程存在功能上的缺陷甚至安全隐患。就在城市道路设计中所遇到的部分规划问题及其原因进行了分析,并针对不同原因提出了相应的改进建议,以期使规划成果能更好地指导城市建设,服务于城市建设。

The rationality of urban traffic planning determines the applicability and security of municipal traffic engineering functions to a great extent.Owing to the isolation and the simple one-sided understanding as well as the serious emphasis on planning in the planning and design stages,the functional faults and even potential safety hazard are led to exist in some traffic projects.The article analyzes some planning problems and reason met in the design of urban road,and puts forward the relevant improvement proposals for the different causes in order to make the planning results able to guide the city construction and serve the city construction.
