随着中国城市化进程的加快,水资源问题将成为社会发展的最主要矛盾之一。介绍了传统城市排水系统设计的现状和利弊后,结合武汉市实际情况提出了新时期城市排水系统设计的生态途径,并分析了各种雨洪技术的利用特点及适用范围,最后得出结论:城市雨洪利用将是有效地解决我国水资源短缺和水环境恶化问题的最优化途径之一。

With the rapidly urbanization of China,the problem of water resource will be one of the principal contradictions in the social development.This paper introduces the status,advantages and disadvantages of traditional urban drainage system design,puts forward the ecological method of urban drainage system design in newtimes according to the facts of Wuhan City,and analyzes the characteristic and applicability of various rainstorm and flood utilization technologies.The conclusion shows that the utilization of rainstorm and flood is one of the optimized methods efficiently to solve the lack of water resource and the pollution of water environment in China.
