该文介绍了江苏省南通市的防洪现状,分析了南通市防洪存在的问题,结合南通市现状地理条件及实际情况,对南通市防洪规划的原则及重点进行阐述,提出南通市防洪规划的工程措施。
The article introduces the present situation of flood control in Nantong City of Jiangsu Province,and analyzes the existing problems of flood control in Nantong City.According to the geographical condition of Nantong city,the article sets forth the principle and focus on flood control planning,and puts forward the engineering measures of flood control in Nantong city.
