Management Measures of Embedding Underground Pipelines to Reduce Road Excavation Construction

城市地下管线是城市重要的基础设施,但由于各市政管线未能和道路同步施工,造成破路施工现象非常严重,不但影响人们的日常生活,也造成人力、物力的浪费。通过对经常发生破路施工的原因分析,建议采用:做好管网综合规划、合理安排管线预埋数量及方式、做好预埋管线设施的资料及移交管理这三种措施,做好地下管线预埋工作,避免或减少破路情况发生。

Urban underground pipelines are the important infrastructures of city.But various municipal pipelines have not to be synchronically constructed with the road construction so that the road excavation is very frequently,which not only influences the daily life of the people,but also causes the human and material waste.The article analyzes the reasons of road excavation frequency,and proposes three measures of doing the comprehensive planning of pipeline network well,arranging the pipeline embedding numbers and modes reasonably and doing the data management and the transferring management of embedded pipeline facilities well in order to avoid and reduce the road excavation frequency.
