Leakage Treatment and Repair Application of Underground Pipeline and Manhole

随着城市建设向地下空间发展,地下工程受到年限增多、土层电化学等腐蚀作用、结构损坏或老化程度不断加大等因素的影响,结构和强度安全度已不能满足运行要求,各类地下工程的渗漏问题及其危害性也愈来愈引起工程界人士的重视。该文结合瓦洪公路浦东铁路U型槽段雨水管道、窨井的渗漏等问题,提出了采用化学灌浆新工艺的整治和修复方案,在施工中积极推广新型建材,取得了很好的防渗漏效果,并积累了一定的施工经验。

With the development of city construction into underground space,the structure and strength safety of underground engineering have not satisfied the operation requirement by the influences of service life increase,soil electrochemical corrosion,structure damage,aging degree increase and etc.Also more and more attention is attracted to the leakage and its harmfulness of various underground engineering works.According to the leakages of rainwater pipeline and manhole in U-type section of Wahong Highway Pudong Railway,the article puts forward the treatment and repair scheme of a new chemical grouting technology.The new construction materials are positively popularized in the construction.The good anti-leakage effect is achieved and some construction experience is accumulated.
