浮法玻璃原料生产应注意的几个问题

配合料的质量对浮法玻璃的产量和质量均有重大的影响,因此,优质浮法玻璃的生产对原料及其配合料的质量有着严格的要求。笔者根据其生产实践,认为有几个问题应高度重视。1

Particles and water content of silica sand,particles of dolomite and lime stone as well as the blocking problem of the mixed batch materials are the factors influencing the batch quality and glass product quality. Control measures on those issues are briefly introduced in this paper.
