摘要
研制了低卤阻燃HDPE,并对其力学性能进行了分析,详细讨论了不同分子量分布的HDPE、不同种类的偶联剂对阻燃HDPE的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和氧指数的影响;对阻燃剂/HDPE/(E/VAC)三元体系的红外扫描电镜(SEM)照片进行了分析,从理论上对材料在拉伸过程容易出现的抽芯现象进行了解释。研制的低卤阻燃HDPE专用料,具有氧指数高(OI值为35.0)、力学性能优良(拉伸强度保持14.2MPa;断裂伸长率约200%)的特点。可广泛地用于以HDPE为基材的阻燃电线、电缆及管材和吹塑制品。
The tensile yield strength and elongation of low-halogen flame-retardant HDPE were discussed. After the properties were measured, the effects of the mechanical and low-halogen flame-retardant properties of HDPE were investigated systematically. The product has good mechanical property and high oxygen index. It can be used in the field of wire, cable and extrusion pipe.
