摘要
为实现城市轨道交通网络运营安全问题的科学管理与决策,将其影响因素类型划分为人的行为、设备设施、环境及安全管理等4个方面。借助网络层次分析法(ANP)构建城市轨道交通网络安全性影响因素的递阶层次结构,分析不同因素之间的相互依存与反馈的关联关系。利用超级决策软件(SD)构建超矩阵,计算各影响因素的综合权重,确定影响安全性的关键因素。将得到的各因素的综合权重,加入逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)模型中,构建基于改进TOPSIS的城市轨道交通网络运营安全问题的复杂多属性决策模型。通过算例分析验证模型,找出该轨道交通网络中的安全隐患,并提出改善建议。
For the sake of realizing scientific management urban rail transit network operation safety issues and making scientific decisions on the issues, factors affecting the management and decision-making were classified into four groups: group of human behavior factors, group of environmental factors, and group of safety management factors. An hierarchical structure of 22 influencing factors was built using ANP. Relationships among the factors were analyzed. Using SD software,comprehensive weights of the fac- tors were obtained, and key factors were identified. A complex multi-attributes decision-making model for urban rail transit network operation safety issue was built by putting the comprehensive weights into the TOPSIS model. An example was given to validate the new model.
