摘要
警卫部队信息化建设必须改变部队传统建设模式和思维定势，形成与信息化建设要求相适应的思想观念和知识结构，建立健全一套行之有效的科学运行机制，充分利用社会相关资源，加快信息化人才队伍建设。
The guideline for the information construction of security forces is to make a long - term planning based on the present situation; to define the specific tasks and to invest proper funds; make the best use of information re- sources scientifically and train the personnel needed.
