我国现役军人家属优待权法律保障问题研究

A Research on the Legal Protection Issue about the Rights to Preferential Treatments of Chinese Army Men's Families

现役军人家属对国防建设和部队稳定发挥着不可替代的作用,对现役军人家属的优待十分重要。但是,在现如今国际国内相对和平的社会环境下,社会的优待意识也越来越淡薄,现役军人家属优待权的法律保障出现一系列问题,必须从强化观念意识、完善制度设计和严格实践操作等方面加以完善。

The army men＇s families have an important role in the national defense and the military＇s stability, so the army men＇ s family preferential treatments become more important. But in the peace circumstance of the interna- tional and home, the awareness is disappearing, resulting in the many problems. They include a less awareness, the shortage of the legal design and the practice. The paper suggests the improvements can be made in the awareness＇ intensify, the designs＇ improvement and the practice.
