This paper introduces how to synthesize DL threonine by using gly Cu line.The experiment consists of two parts:the preparation of thr Cu and the preparation of DL thr.The optimum technological conditions for the preparation of thr Cu are obtained when the temperature of reaction is 20~30 ℃,the pH is 9,and the mole proportion of MeCHO and Gly is 4∶1 .The technological conditions for preparation of DL thr are obtained when the mass fraction of thr Cu is 14% and the velocity of flow is 2~3 mL/min.
