利用向量比较原理．首次得到了确定非线性非自治电路唯一稳态的充分必要条件，结果 表明可以用１个常数矩阵的ＨＵＲＷＩＴＺ条件来决定．

This paper first obtains the sufficient and necessary conditions for the unique steady state of the noulinea nonautinomous circuit by vector comparison method.The result indicates that unique steady sufficient and necessary condition for the circuit can be decided by a constant matrix,which can be easily constructed and a set of simple algebraic inequalities.
