摘要
低温强碱合成氧化锆超细粉的方法是与其它方法不同的新合成法 .应用X射线衍射 (XRD)、光电子能谱 (XPS)、热质量损失等方法分析了此新方法的不同之处 .结果发现 :在研磨混合、反应过程中氧化锆晶核便已初步形成 ,经过热处理后便可长大形成立方 (四方 )相氧化锆超细粉 .综合XRD ,XPS等的分析结果 ,推测了水化氧化锆的结构 ,并提出“微区溶液”的概念对新方法的反应过程及反应机理进行了初步的探讨 .
A new method put forward in authors' previous paper was employed to prepare ultrafine zirconia powder in a super_alkaline condition at low temperature. With the aids of XRD, XPS, TG, etc ., the differences between the new method and traditional ones were identified. The results show that the nuclei of zirconia are rudimentally synthesized during agitating the mixture, and ultrafine zirconia powder with cubic/tetragonal phase can grow through calcinations. The schematic diagram of zirconia hydrous at room temperature was inferred from the results of XRD, XPS, etc .. The concept of micro_zone actuating medium was used to preliminarily investigate the reaction process and the mechanism of the new method.
