摘要
用溶胶 -凝胶法和超临界干燥技术制备了Sm3+/Al2 O3气凝胶介孔复合体 ,并对其光致发光特性进行了系统的研究 .实验发现 :随退火温度的升高 ,Sm3+在Al2 O3 气凝胶中荧光强度逐步增强 ,90 0℃退火时达到最强 ,其后发光强度会随退火温度升高而减弱 ;随着Sm3+含量上升其发光强度也会发生由弱到强再到弱的变化 .
Sm 3+ /Al 2O 3 aerogel mesoporous composites were synthesized by a sol-gel route and supercritical drying technique. Results of photoluminescence measurement show that with raising the annealing temperature, the photoluminescence of Sm 3+ in Al 2O 3 aerogel increase progressively. The luminescence intensity reached its maximum at 900 ℃, above which the intensity diminished. Analogously, the photoluminescence change from weak to strong and then become weak with increasing the density of Sm 3+ in the composites.
