摘要
随着改革开放的深化和政府留学政策的调整,我国出国留学活动迎来了大发展时代。目前.中国留学市场已从过去的"理智性留学时代"迅速步入到了如今的"大众化留学时代"。上海作为特大城市和中国的经济文化发展中心,对外开放程度很高,因此,以上海为例对青少年进行出国研究具有代表性。我国留学活动已经进入到稳定发展期,上海青年的出国及回国行为更加活跃,有出国意愿者占青年总体比例较大,大多认为出国对个人发展有积极意义,同时,出现了越来越多的"高考"弃考和低龄化出国现象。加强青少年出国管理,发挥市场作用,更好地促进青年成才与发展意义重大。
With the deepening of reform and opening up and the adjustment of policy, studying abroad meets a flourish times. At present, studying abroad market turns quickly into today＇s ＂popular studying abroad time from the past ＂rational studying abroad time＂. As the center of China＇s economic and cultural development, Shanghai has a high degree of opening up to the outside world. Therefore, Shanghai has the representation for the study of youth＇s studying abroad activities. Studying abroad has entered a period of stable development in China. Shanghai youth＇s going abroad and returning back behaviors are more active, the youth with going abroad will account for a larger proportion in youth overall and many of them think studying abroad has a positive meaning to personal development. Meanwhile, there are more and more youth giving up college entrance examination and more and more going abroad phenomenon in younger age. So we should strengthen the management of young people＇s going abroad, play the role of market to better promote youth＇s development.
