摘要
现代社会的多元化发展使得教育系统内成员之间发生冲突的几率和风险不断增加。在实际生活中,学校和家庭、社会在很多时候会因为各自立场的不同,或是目标的差异而产生摩擦,甚至出现互相指责、争议等不协调关系,如果处理不当,摩擦可能会转化为尖锐的矛盾,并成为阻碍教育发展的桎梏。通过对日本学校投诉机制的分析发现,构建一个通畅、有效的投诉通道,建立一个客观、即时的应对投诉机制,组建一个家庭、社区共同参与的开放型学校运营体系是现代社会解决学校和家庭、社会矛盾,构筑和谐教育生态系统的关键。
The development of social pluralism has increased the risk and its probability of conflicts among component members within education ecosystem. In real life, there could be frictions and even mutual blaming, controversy among schools, families and society, due to their different standpoints. If not handled properly, frictions could turn into sharp contradictions, and become shackles that hinder the development of education. By analyzing the complaints handling mechanism in Japan schools, it is discovered that creating a smooth and effective channel for complaints, establishing an objective, timely complaints handling mechanism, building an open school operating system involving family and society, is the key to solve contradictions among schools, families and society, and to build a harmonious education ecosystem.
