输卵管系膜囊肿MSCT诊断及误诊分析

Analysis of MSCT Diagnostic and Misdiagnosis of Mesosalpinx Cyst

目的:探讨输卵管系膜囊肿MSCT表现及分析误诊原因。材料与方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的9例输卵管系膜囊肿MSCT影像资料,所有病例进行多平面重组观察。结果:MSCT表现子宫与卵巢之间单房或多房类圆形囊性病变,密度均匀,囊壁薄而均匀。结论:子宫与卵巢之间阔韧带区域单房或多房的囊性病变是输卵管系膜囊肿MSCT主要征象。

Purpose： To investigate MSCT manifestations of mesosalpinx cyst and analyze the reasons of misdiagnosis.Materials and Methods： The age data in MSCT of 9 cases which were confirmed by pathology were retrospctivly analyzed.All the cases were observation with mutiplanar reformation.Results： MSCT expression between the uterus and ovary unilocular or multilocular of type circular cystic lesion,Uniform density,thin cyst wall and uniform.Conclusion： The broad ligament of uterus and ovary among regional unilocular or multilocular cystic lesion is the mesosalpinx cyst of MSCT main features.
