Management of gestational diabetes mellitus : early intervention early benefit

目前,妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的管理中存在对筛查及诊断标准重视不足等问题。因此,本文对国内外GDM的诊治标准和治疗现状进行总结,强调早诊断、早干预对于GDM管理的重要性,并对解决方案和治疗方法提出参考。

Enough attentions are not paid to the screening and diagnosis criteria of gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM） in the current clinical practice. Both national and international guidelines on screening, diagnosing, and treatment of GDM are summarized in this article. Importance of earlier diagnosis and treatment of GDM is stressed. Some managing solutions and treatment methods are presented here just for reference.
