Simulation of Plastics Bulge Forming Process with Three-dimensional Elastic-plastic Finite Element Method

介绍了塑料挤胀成型工艺 ,分析了塑性有限元法对塑料挤胀成型过程的适用性 ,借助ANSYS有限元分析软件对塑料三通的挤胀成型过程进行了三维有限元模拟 ,给出了特定条件下的计算结果。

A new kind of plastics processing technology (bulge forming) is introduced. Applicability of different plastic finite element methods to plastics bulge forming is analyzed. The procedure of simulating the bulge forming process with ANSYS, in which a PVC tee joint is used as an example, is described. Simulation results on certain conditions are presented.
