护理干预对神经内科医院感染患者影响的研究

Impact of nursing intervention on nosocomial infections in patients of neurology department

目的探讨特定的护理干预对神经内科住院患者医院感染发生率的影响,关注负性情绪的差异,以期为临床工作提供理论帮助。方法选取在神经内科住院治疗的患者,共702例,依患者入院的顺序分为观察组与对照组,观察组共352例,应用特定的护理干预措施,对照组共350例,应用常规护理干预措施,观察两组患者医院感染的发生率、负性情绪以及满意度的差异。结果医院感染率观察组为10.80%,明显低于对照组的20.00%;医院感染的菌种观察组有两种,对照组有8种;患者的焦虑评分观察组为(38.43±3.25)分,对照组为(43.43±4.27)分;抑郁情绪评分观察组为(37.64±3.72)分,对照组为(42.35±3.96)分,观察组明显低于对照组;患者对治疗的满意度观察组为94.74%,高于对照组的80.00%。结论特定的护理干预能减少神经内科住院患者医院感染的发生率,提高患者的满意度。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of targeted interventions on the incidence of nosocomial infections in the patients of neurology department and study the difference in the negative emotion so as to provide theoretical basis for the clinical practice. METHODS A total of 702 cases of patients who hospitalized the neurology depart ment were enrolled in the study and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the admission order. Totally 352 cases of patients in the observation group were treated with the targeted nursing, and 350 cases in the control were treated with the conventional nursing interventions. The incidence of the nosocomial infections, negative emotion, and stratification of the two groups were observed. RESULTS The incidence rate of the nosocomial infections was significantly lower in the observation group （10.80%） than that in the control group （20.0%）, the species of the pathogens causing nosocomial infections in the observation group （80.00%） were significantly less than that in the control group （100.00 % ）, the scores of anxiety of the observation group （38.43 ±3.25） was significantly lower than that of the control group （ 43.43 ± 4.27）, the depression of the observation group （37.64±3.72） significantly lower than that of the control group （42.35±3.96）, and the satisfaction to the treatment of the observation group （94. 74%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （80.00%）. CONCLUSION The specific nursing interventions can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections in the hospitalized patients of neurology department and improve the patients＇ satisfaction.
