护理程序应用于术前访视对提高手术配合质量的分析

Nursing process used in preoperative visit to improve quality of cooperation in operation

目的探讨将护理程序应用于基层医院术前访视对提高手术配合质量。方法改进手术前访视记录单,增加手术护理程序内容,完善实施流程管理,选择2011年3200例三、四类手术患者分改进前和改进后两组进行术前访视,通过对手术体位正确率、特殊用物准备完好率、术中意外处置及时率、手术医师对手术配合主动性的满意率比较评估访视结果对提高手术配合质量。结果手术体位正确率在改进后为96.6%,改进前为81.4%;特殊用物准备完好率在改进后为99.3%,改进前为88.5%;手术配合主动性满意率在改进后为100.0%,改进前为97.2%,上述指标在改进后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);术中意外处置及时率在改进后为100.0%,改进前为88.5%,由于手术中发率低,差异无统计学意义。结论将护理程序应用于术前访视可以提高手术配合质量,适合在基层医院开展实施。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the dfect of nursing process used in basic hospital＇s preoperative visit to improve the quality of cooperation in operation. METHODS The preoperative visit sheet was improved, the nursing program content was increased, the management process was made sound, totally 3200 cases of surgery type three and four admitted in 2011 were divided into two groups, including the improved preoperative visit group and unimproved preoperative visit group, then the effect of preoperative visit to improve the surgical cooperation quali- ty was assessed by comparing the operation position accuracy, special things ready to readiness rate, intraoperative accident disposal timely rate, surgery with initiative of the doctorPs satisfaction rate between the two groups. RESULTS The operation position accuracy of the improved group was 96.6%, 81.4% in the unimproved group, the special things ready to readiness rate was 99.3% in the improved group, 88.5% in the unimproved group, the surgery with initiative rate was 100 % in the improved group, 97.2% in the unimproved group, the difference in the above indicators was statistically significant （P〈0.01）, but the intraoperative accidental and timely disposal rate was 100.0% in the improved group, 88.5% in the unimproved group, the difference was not statistically significant because of the low incidence of operation accident. CONCLUSION The nursing process used in preoper- ative visit can significantly improve the quality of surgical cooperation, it is worthy to be promoted in grass-roots hospitals.
