人乳头状瘤病毒感染与乳腺癌的关系 被引量:3

Relationship between human papilloma virus infections and development of breast cancer

摘要 目的探讨人乳头状瘤病毒感染与乳腺癌的关系,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取2007年3月-2012年3月97例乳腺癌住院患者作为研究组,对照组为同期住院治疗的85例乳腺增生患者,采用原位杂交法对两组患者HPV16、18表达及不同组织分型的乳腺癌与HPV16、18表达之间关系进行分析。结果研究组HPV16和(或)HPV18表达阳性率为74.23%,对照组HPV16和(或)HPV18表达阳性率为15.30%,研究组患者HPV16和(或)HPV18表达阳性率明显高于对照组,两组相比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=70.473,P<0.05);浸润性导管癌患者中HPV16和(或)HPV18表达阳性率80.85%,单纯癌患者中HPV16和(或)HPV18表达阳性率69.56%,其他类型患者中HPV16和(或)HPV18表达阳性率74.07%,各组间患者HPV16和(或)HPV18表达阳性率差异无统计学意义。结论乳腺癌患者HPV16、18感染阳性率较高,与乳腺癌发生密切相关,不同分型的乳腺癌患者间HPV16、18感染差异无统计学意义。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the relationship between the human papilloma virus infections and the develop- ment of breast cancer so as to guide the clinical treatment. METHODS A total of 97 cases of breast cancer patients, who were hospitalized from Mar 2007 to Mar 2012, were selected as the study group, 85 while 85 cases of patients with breast hyperplasia who were hospitalized at the same time were chosen as the control group; then situ hybridization method was used to analyze the expression of HPV]6 or HPV18 as well as its correlation with the different histological types of the breast cancer. RESULTS The positive rates of expression of HPV16 and (or) HPV18 was 74.23% in the study group, significantly higher than 15.30% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05) ; the positive rate of expression of HPV16 and (or) HPV18 was 80.85 % in the patients with invasive ductal carcinoma, 69. 56% in the patients with carcinoma simplex, 74. 07% in the patients with other types of cancer, the difference in the positive rate of expression of the HPV16 and (or) HPV18 among the various groups was not statistically significant. CONCLUSION The positive rate of HPV16 or HPV 18 infections is relatively high in the breast cancer patients and is closely related to the incidence of the breast cancer. However, this study concluded that there is no statistical difference in the HPV16 or HPV 18 infections between the patients with different histological types of breast cancer.
