不动杆菌属对碳青霉烯类抗菌药物的耐药机制与治疗 被引量:3

摘要 不动杆菌属是一种条件致病菌,由于广谱抗菌药物的使用,加之不动杆菌属具有多种耐药机制,成为临床上最棘手的问题。一直以来,碳青霉烯类抗菌药物是治疗此类耐药菌最有效的药物。近年发现,不动杆菌属对以亚胺培南为代表的碳青霉烯类抗菌药物的耐药水平逐年增加,给临床治疗带来严峻的挑战。笔者将不动杆菌属对碳青霉烯类抗菌药物的耐药机制及治疗做一综述。
