What will happen while entering WTO?First,the tariffs of the coatings products and the raw materials for making paints will be lowered.Second,there must be impulse in the coatings market.We must keep clear sight on the gap existed and adopt corresponding measures to couvter-act with them.These measures include:union of powerful giants,mechanism transforming of medium and small size enterprises,joint venture or cooperation with foreign investment,adjust the structure of the coatings products,emphasize on popular,environmentalfriendly house paints.
