高血压继发可逆性后部白质脑病综合征合并吉兰-巴雷综合征2例报道 被引量：1

摘要 高血压是最常见的心血管病,是重大公共卫生问题。高血压可导致脑血管病,高血压脑病等并发症。可逆性后部白质脑病综合征（reversible posterior leukoenphalopathy syndrome,RPLS）由Hinchey等[1]1996首先报道,该病较少见。吉兰-巴雷综合征是自身免疫介导的周围神经广泛的炎症性节段性脱髓鞘。
