Determination of Osthole in Huashe Jieyang Capsule by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC测定花蛇解痒胶囊中蛇床子素的含量方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Phenomenex SynergiC18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,4μm),乙腈-水(62∶38)为流动相,检测波长322 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温室温。结果:蛇床子素在0.077～0.772μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为105.0%,RSD 1.5%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可作为花蛇解痒胶囊中蛇床子素的含量测定方法。

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determining osthole in Huashe Jieyang capsule.Method： The Phenomenex Synergi C18 column（4.6 mm × 250 mm,4 μm） was used with acetonitrile-water（62∶ 38） as mobile phase.The UV detection wavelength was set at 322 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1.Column temperature was set at ambient temperature.Result： A good linearity was obtained as the content of osthole within the range of 0.077-0.772 μg（r = 0.999 9） and the average recovery rate（n = 6） was 105.0% with RSD 1.5%.Conclusion： The method is simple,available,reliable and accurate,so can be used to contro1 the content of osthole in Huashe Jieyang capsule.
