棘茎楤木不同部位挥发油成分的比较 被引量:5

Analysis and Comparison of Chemical Constituents of Essential Oils from Defirient Parts of Aralia echinocaulis

摘要 目的:分析梵净山产棘茎楤木不同部位挥发油化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏萃取法,运用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用法结合计算机检索对棘茎楤木叶、根皮和茎皮3个部位挥发油的化学成分进行分析和鉴定,并用气相色谱面积归一化法测定各组分的相对百分含量。结果:从梵净山棘茎楤木3个部位挥发油中共鉴定出95种化合物,共有成分有8种,其主要成分是倍半萜类及其氧化物,其次是烷烃、醛类、酯类和脂肪酸。结论:各部位的棘茎楤木挥发油在种类和相对含量方面都存在一定的差异性。 Objective: To compare the chemical constituents of the volatile oils from different parts of Aralia echinocaulis.Method: The volatile oils were extracted from leaves,roots bark and stems bark of A.echinocaulis by steam distillation,and GC-MS was used to analyze the chemical constituents.The relative percentage of each chemical constituent was calculated using peak areas normalization.Result: A total of 95 compounds were identified from three volatile oils of A.echinocaulis.There were 8 kinds of the same composition,and the main component was sesquiterpenes and their oxides,the second component was alkanes,aldehydes,esters and fatty acids.Conclusion: The comparative analysis shows that volatile oils of A.echinocaulis of different parts have some differences in composition and content.
