不同产地银杏叶中总银杏酸的含量比较 被引量:9

摘要 目的:比较不同产地银杏叶中总银杏酸的含量。方法:采用HPLC测定银杏叶中总银杏酸的含量。色谱条件为依利特Hypersil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-1%冰醋酸水溶液(90∶10),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长310 nm,柱温35℃,进样量20μL,外标法计算含量。结果:各产地银杏叶中总银杏酸含量差异较大,山东郯城总银杏酸含量最高(2.38%),江苏邳州最低(1.28%)。结论:不同产地银杏叶中总银杏酸含量差异明显,应选择使用。 Objective: To study the change of total ginkgolic acids in Ginkgo biloba leaves of different habitats.Method: The content of total ginkgolic acids in G.biloba leaves was determined by HPLC.A Hypersil C18column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) and the mobile phase of methanol and 1% acetic acid(90 ∶ 10) were used;the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1,the wavelength was set at 310 nm.The content was calculated with external standard method.Result: The content of total ginkgoic acids in G.biloba leaves varied with different habitats.The content in the samples from Tancheng was the highest,while Pizhou is the lowest.Conclusion: The content of total ginkgolic acids in G.biloba leaves from different habitats is markedly different.We should have a choice in use.
