自释釉瓷质砖的研制

THE STUDY ON PORCELAIN TILE WITH SELF-RELEASING GLAZE

在瓷质砖坯体配料中 ,加入相当于坯重量 4～ 6.5%的活化剂所配制的碱性溶液 ,用其制得的粉料 ,压制成型为坯体 ,利用坯体在辐射干燥时水分向上迁移的载力作用 ,使坯体中自由碱富集于坯体表面 ,在 1 1 70℃左右烧成 ,因其强烈的熔剂化作用而在制品表面形成釉层。此工艺免去了釉料制备与施釉两大工序 ,简化了工艺流程 ,从而可大大降低生产成本。

In this porcelain tile base batch formala,adding alkaline solution with the density which is made from activator wrresponding from 4 to 6.5 percent of dry body,forming by using loading function.To make free alkali in the body concer concentrating on body surface.When the water content moving above in radiation drying.The glazed layer is formed in the product surface,because of strong flaxing,function in the firing.Fuction in the firing range at about 1170℃.This process can be simplified the production process.And shorthand for the production cycle,so that can be much lowered cost of produce.
