摘要
对墙地砖抛光机精抛磨头主轴的横向和纵向动力特性进行了分析 ,提出了主轴动态性能的评价指标 ,建立了主轴横向摆动和纵向振动的动力学模型。在理论分析的基础上 ,提出减轻由主轴的振动引起的抛光表面质量问题的方法。
In this paper,we sutdied the crosswise and longitudinal kinetic character of the tile polisher's primary shaft and provided a norm of its dynamic property.Also we founded both of the crosswise and longtitudinal direction kinetic models.On the basis of the model,we found ways to release the primary shaft vibration's influence on the quality of the polish surface.
