摘要
目的:了解2011年江西省农村肿瘤登记县女性恶性肿瘤发病与死亡情况,为当地恶性肿瘤防治提供参考。方法:对江西省4个农村肿瘤登记县2011年女性恶性肿瘤发病率、死亡报告数据进行分析,计算主要肿瘤的发病率、死亡率、顺位、累积率和截缩率等指标。结果:2011年江西省农村肿瘤登记县女性恶性肿瘤报告粗发病率88.66/10万,中标率60.94/10万,世标率79.26/10万;女性恶性肿瘤报告粗死亡率56.45/10万,中标率37.04/10万,世标率50.16/10万;肺癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、胃癌和子宫颈是4县女性发病率前5位的恶性肿瘤;肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、结直肠癌和宫颈癌是4县女性死亡率前5位的恶性肿瘤。结论:肺癌、乳腺癌、宫颈癌及消化系统恶性肿瘤是农村女性居民恶性肿瘤防治的重点。
Objective: To understand the prevalence and mortality of female malignant tumors in registered counties of rural areas in Jiangxi province in 2011, and provide referegce for prevention and treatment of local malignant tumors. Methods: The incidence rate and death report data of female malignant tumors in four rural registered counties of Jiangxi province in 2011 were analyzed, the morbidity, death rate, sequence, cumulative rate, and truncated morbidity of major tumors were calculated. Results: The crude incidence rate of female ma- lignant tumors in rural registered counties of Jiangxi province in 2011 was 88.66/100 000, the Chinese population standardized incidence was 60. 94/100 000, the world population standardized incidence was 79.26/100 000; the crude mortality of female malignant tumors in rural registered counties of Jiangxi province in 2011 was 56. 45/100 000, the Chinese population standardized incidence was 37.04/100 000, the world population standardized incidence was 50. 16/100 000; lung cancer, breast cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer, and cervical cancer were the top five malignant tumors in four rural registered counties according to the sequence of morbidity; lung cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, and cervical cancer were the top five malignant tumors in four rural registered counties according to the sequence of mortality. Conclusion: Lung cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, and digestive system cancer should be the major issue in cancer prevention and control in rural female residents.
