摘要
目的:观察中医按摩护理对产后抑郁症患者的影响。方法:将70例产后抑郁症患者随机分干预组35例,行常规心理护理及中医按摩护理;对照组35例,只进行常规心理护理。入组当天进行EPDS、PSQI评分,干预结束时进行EPDS、PSQI和社区护理工作满意度评分。结果:干预组EPDS、PSQI评分在干预后较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组对社区护理工作满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:中医按摩护理可以有效改善产后抑郁,同时可以提高患者对社区护理工作满意度,值得推广。
Objective： To observe the effect of massage therapy on patients with postpartum depression. Methods： Seventy patients with postpartum depression were randomly divided into two groups： 35 patients in intervention group received conventional psychologi- cal nursing and massage therapy, while 35 patients in control group received conventional psychological nursing. The patients received EPDS and PSQI grading on the day of grouping, EPDS, PSQI, and community nursing satisfaction grading were conducted after intervention. Resuits： EPDS and PSQI scores after intervention in intervention group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the satisfaction score of community nursing in intervention group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion： Chinese massage therapy can significantly improve postpartum depression and the satisfaction degree of patients to community nursing, which is worthy to be popularized.
