草分枝杆菌对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征免疫抗体水平的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了探讨草分枝杆菌对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征活疫苗的免疫应答效果。试验选取30日龄健康的断奶仔猪20头,随机分成4组,1个对照组和3个试验组(试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅱ和试验组Ⅲ),每组5头。对照组正常饲养并进行猪繁殖与呼吸综合征活疫苗免疫,试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅱ和试验组Ⅲ在猪繁殖与呼吸综合征活疫苗免疫的前后7d于饲料中分别添加0.1%、0.2%和0.5%的灭活草分枝杆菌粉,于免疫前1d和免疫后的第14、21、28天和第35天测其抗体水平。试验结果表明,3个试验组猪只的抗体OD630nm值均极显著的高于对照组(P<0.01),试验组Ⅱ和试验组Ⅲ抗体效价高于试验组Ⅰ,差异显著(P<0.05)。本研究结果表明,在猪饲料中添加0.2%以上的草分枝杆菌,可有效的提高猪繁殖与呼吸综合征的疫苗免疫效果。 to detect effect of Mycobacterium phlei on immune response of piglets caused by PRRS vac- cination. Twenty 30-day-old piglets were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 piglets per group. Normal control group was only immunized with PRRS vaccine. Experiment Group Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ were respectively fed with diet added with 0.1 %,0.2 % and 0.5 % attenuated Mycobacteriurn phlei 7 days pre-and post-immuni- zation of PRRS vaccine. The immune stress responses of piglets caused by PRRS vaccination were ob- served. Antibody levels of piglets were detected at day 1 pre-immunization and day 14,21,28 and 35 post- immunization. The results showed that: Antibody titers (OD630nm value) of piglets from experimental groups were much higher than that of the normal control group ( P〈0. 01). And antibody titers of experi- mental group Ⅱ , Ⅲ were higher than that of experimental group I (P〈0.05). Above all, It was conclu- ded that over 0.2 % attenuated Mycobacterium phlei added in the diet could increase immune efficiency of PRRS vaccine.
